Als globaler Akteur verzerrt die EU mit der wirtschaftspolitischen Unterscheidung zwischen Gewinnern und Verlierern ihr Binnenverhältnis. Müller-Pelzer stellt dem die Realität eines Europas entgegen, das sich als affektiver Raum einer präreflexiven, leiblichen Subjektivität erschließt.
