Das Werk ist eine umfassende Untersuchung der AGB-Kontrolle des Vorstandsanstellungsvertrags. Es analysiert die Besonderheiten dieses Vertrags, die beteiligten Interessengruppen und weitere Spezifika und untersucht ausgehend hiervon die Frage nach der Anwendbarkeit der AGB-Kontrolle auf den Vorstandsanstellungsvertrag.
