englischThe clarification of the dogmatic prerequisites of (co-)perpetration is of crucial importance for criminal liability as well as for sentencing. The book offers an in-depth study of the fundamental principles of perpetrator dogmatic, in particular the concept of the dominance over the act, which contains stimulating suggestions and practice-relevant developments. The book also comprehensively presents the legal-historical development of the concept of the perpetrator from its origins to the present day. Particular attention is paid to the legal categorisation of the gang leader. From a comparative legal perspective, the Greek criminal law system is examined, where the formal-objective model of the perpetrator applies. Based on the model of the dominance over the act, the book defends a new dogmatic structure for the understanding of co-perpetration in Greek criminal law.
