englischIn the tradition of previous editions, the 12th edition of the agricultural law yearbook sets its focus on the comparative agricultural law. This year’s emphasis of the publication ist placed on the Republic of Poland. The comparison with the Federal Republic of Germany is, for a variety of reasons, very promising: Poland has a much longer tradition in agricultural law than Germany. The Federal Republic on the other hand has 50 years of experience with the European Common Agricultural Policy of which Poland can benefit. The various contributions to the yearbook contain the entire variety of agricultural law: The agricultural enviromental protection, the diversification of agricultural activities, the law of associations, the agricultural energy law, the agricultural risk management, the instruments of the agricultural market and the European allowance law.

Die XII. Ausgabe des Jahrbuchs zum Agrarrecht knüpft an die Tradition vergangener Jahre an, indem es einen Schwerpunkt im vergleichenden Agrarrecht hat.
Das Schwerpunktland ist in diesem Jahr die Republik Polen. Der agrarrechtliche Vergleich ist hier besonders lohnenswert: So kann das Agrarrecht in Polen auf eine viel größere historische Tradition als in Deutschland zurückschauen. Dem gegenüber hat das deutsche Agrarrecht bereits eine 50-jährige Erfahrung mit der Gemeinsamen Agrarpolitik der EU, die sich die polnische Seite erst aneignen muss. Die bearbeiteten Themengebiete erfassen das Agrarrecht in seiner ganzen Vielfalt: der Agrarumweltschutz, die Diversifizierung der Landwirtschaft, das Grundstücksverkehrsrecht, das Genossenschaftsrecht, das landwirtschaftliche Energierecht, das landwirtschaftliche Risikomanagement, die Agrarmarktstrukturinstrumente und das EU-Beihilfenrecht.
