The solution to such a situation requires a flexible strategy of action, which systematically selects the appropriate dispute resolution proceeding from the multitude of judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution techniques.
For the conception of such a comprehensive conflict management strategy, the author analyses the typical situation of interest in a conflict within a family business and answers the questions to be solved: Which conflict resolution methods are suitable for use in a family business? How can a systematic and, in individual cases, appropriate choice of procedure be guaranteed? And how can one ensure that, in the event of a dispute, the actors also adhere to the conflict resolution strategy that has been put in place?
Die persönliche Verbundenheit der Akteure in Familienunternehmen führt häufig dazu, dass sich Konflikte zu langwierigen, komplexen und letztlich emotional motivierten Auseinandersetzungen entwickeln.
