englischGerman nature conservation law creates various incentives for the cooperation of the public and private sector. This doctoral thesis compares the according federal and state nature conservation law regulations on the one hand, on the other hand it provides an empirical analysis of nature conservation law‘s cooperative toolbox. The regulations are evaluated (partly for the first time at all) in terms of their legal effectiveness. The author classifies the regulations in terms of the control theory. On the basis of these legal theoretical and practical findings the author derives a set of hands-on reform proposals.
