englischThe qualitative study is a revised, supplemented and expanded version of the final report on the project "Evaluation of Concepts for the Transformation of the Skilled Nursing Quota in Nursing Facilities" for the State Ministry MASTD in Rhineland-Palatinate. Two variants of the Primary Nursing idea in two inpatient facilities for long-term care in old age were tested experimentally and accompanied scientifically. The empirical findings of the accompanying research under the difficult corona-crisis times are embedded in broader economic-legal and organizational-cultural-organizational-development-theoretical considerations and are discussed in care-related and socio-political contexts.
Die qualitative Studie ist eine überarbeitete, ergänzte und erweitere Fassung des Abschlussberichtes zum Projekt „Evaluation von Konzepten zur Umgestaltung der Fachkraftquote in Pflegeeinrichtungen“ für das Landesministerium MASTD in Rheinland-Pfalz. Zwei Varianten der Primary Nursing-Idee in zwei stationären Einrichtungen der Langzeitpflege im Alter wurden experimentell erprobt und wissenschaftlich begleitet. Die empirischen Befunde der Begleitforschung unter den schwierigen Corona-Krisen-Zeiten betten sich ein in breitere wirtschaftsordnungsrechtliche und organisationskultur- und organisationsentwicklungstheoretische Überlegungen sowie werden erörtert in pflegebezogene und sozialpolitische Kontexte.
