englischDigitisation has not stopped at the mobility sector. New, digitally mediated offers for passenger transportation have a particular impact on the employees working in this field. Legislative action has already been taken to ensure fair working conditions and adequate social standards. The present study examines the effectiveness of the regulations that have been created. Where gaps in protection are identified, options for the further development of social standards in application of passenger transportation law are developed and their limits under constitutional and European law are identified.
