englischIn this thesis, decision rules for the programming of autonomous vehicles in dilemmatic situations are developed that can be implemented in compliance with criminal law, can provide orientation for the parties involved, and are therefore suitable as a basis for a state-approved set of guidelines. To achieve this goal, three basic dilemmatic constellations are examined, each of which is based on different legal dogmatic problems. Since the legislature has not yet issued any specific guidelines for the design of programming, the solution was developed with the help of a dogmatic analysis of the currently applicable rules of criminal law.
