This issue was addressed by a conference conducted by the Ernst von Caemmerer Foundation in conjunction with the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and the German Hub of the European Law Institute. This volume reflects the presentations given at the conference. They analyzed the problem in the fields of digital acts, blockchain, crowdfunding, corporate law, and platform transactions. The articles also take on a comparative and European perspective. Together with reports of the discussions, they offer a rich picture of the state of discussion and perspectives for future research.
Wie kann in digitalen Märkten ein adäquater Vertrauensschutz gewährleistet werden? Dieser Frage ging ein Kolloquium nach, das die Ernst von Caemmerer-Stiftung in Kooperation mit dem Institute for Law and Finance, der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main und dem German Hub des European Law Institute veranstaltete. Der Sammelband dokumentiert die gehaltenen Referate, die sich der Problematik für die Bereiche digitale Erklärungen, Blockchain, Crowdfunding, Gesellschaftsrecht und Online-Plattform widmeten. Die Beiträge nehmen dabei auch eine rechtsvergleichende und europäische Perspektive ein. Gemeinsam mit den Diskussionsberichten ergibt sich ein reichhaltiges Bild zum Stand und den Perspektiven der Forschung.
