englischAgainst the background of the persistence of nuclear energy in France and ambitious targets for the expansion of renewable energies, the question arises as to the role of onshore wind energy in the context of the nuclear-based transition énergétique. The work, methodologically conceived as a comparative study of foreign public law, analyses fundamental questions of the French transition process. Taking particular account of the authorisation of onshore wind turbines, significant conflicting goals at the realisation level are identified. Finally, the work addresses administrative litigation relating to the authorisation of wind turbines, which arise in the interest of accelerating projects.
