englischPhenomenological trains of thought are very popular in contemporary theater aesthetics and theater research. In this context, the change of perspective described in the theoretical debate as ‘performativity’ is primarily treated from the perspective of the aesthetics of reception. The aspect of production aesthetics has thus far almost been completely omitted and a phenomenologically inspired acting theory or a corresponding training method is indeed sought in vain. The study attempts to close this gap and therefore marks a significant desideratum in theater studies.
Phänomenologische Gedankengänge haben in der zeitgenössischen Theaterästhetik und Theaterforschung Konjunktur. Der in der Theoriedebatte mit dem Begriff Performativität beschriebene Perspektivwechsel wurde dabei vorrangig unter rezeptionsästhetischer Perspektive behandelt. Die produktionsästhetische Seite bleibt nahezu komplett ausgespart und eine phänomenologisch inspirierte Schauspieltheorie oder eine entsprechende Ausbildungsmethode sucht man in der Tat vergebens. Die vorliegende Arbeit sucht diese Lücke zu füllen und markiert ein diesbezüglich signifikantes Desiderat der Theaterwissenschaft.
