Danach kann die smarte Verdachtsgewinnung zu einem strafprozessualen Verdacht führen. Die Problematik undurchsichtiger Algorithmen (Black-Box) wird überwunden, ohne die „Entscheidung“ der smarten Verdachtsgewinnung zu erklären. Diskriminierungs- und Bias-Probleme sowie die Vereinbarkeit mit dem Recht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung analysiert der Autor umfassend.
