Achtsamkeit kann die Qualität der heilpädagogischen Arbeit in mehrfacher Form steigern: die Beziehung zu KlientInnen gewinnt an Präsenz und Tiefe und Fachkräfte erhalten validierte Methoden zur Selbstsorge und Gesundheitsfürsorge an die Hand. Diese Arbeit legt anhand einer selektiven Literaturrecherche theoretische und praktische Schnittstellen zwischen dem Konzept der Achtsamkeit und der heilpädagogischen Disziplin frei. Eine ethische und anwendungsorientierte Perspektive entsteht, die alle systemrelevanten Akteure einbezieht.

Based on a selective literature search, this work uncovers theoretical and practical parallels between the concept of mindfulness and the therapeutic pedagogical discipline. An ethical and application-oriented perspective emerges that includes all system-relevant participants.
